This year we want you to bring love, care and joy, to those who don’t have it. Let us be honest with you: this year has been materially speaking a disaster,ok. This is per se not very useful but it did in fact make us understand how very important the 3 above mentioned elements are. We never lost them thanks to our dogs, our families and our partners. This is real happiness and we think everyone deserves this…. ok everyone except the guy who stole my bike, evil persons in general and most of all those bastards that abuse animals ( they so deserve to….it’s better if i don’t write it, but i just hope karma is gonna kick back brutally on those f+”*ç/&%ç*”…)
well, that’s all for now, so… Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to everyone!

Uh I just bumped into this article that goes like:
“Did You Know That Pit Bulls Were Known As The Nanny Dog?” uhm..nope!
it continues like this:
“For many years (in the late 1800′s and into the early 1900′s) in America, Pit Bulls were known as “The Nanny Dog” and were often in charge of babysitting the children. If you wanted your children kept safe, you got a Pit Bull because they are so loyal and protective. Nobody’s gonna kidnap your baby when she’s curled up with a Pitty”
I don’t completely agree with the last sentence, cause nowadays they might knidnap both but…. this is truly unbelievable! I mean, not completely, because i totally believe it, so let’s call it amazing, isn’t it? And you know what? Actually i remember when i was a child we had a bull terrier and he also took care of me as a baby like when i was crying he would come over and give me kisses! When I think of this i start felling this little pinch in my heart again… but lets have a look at these vintage pictures as proof for those who don’t believe and as a delight for all the others!
I don’t know if you remember the Walt Disney Film. It tells the story of two unlikely friends, a fox and a hound dog , who struggle to preserve their friendship despite their emerging instincts and the surrounding social pressures demanding them to be adversaries.
Of course i never managed to watch it until the end, because i kinda had bad feelings about it…so, i still don’t know the end ( prefer beginnings) but what happened: here is the real version of that movie. And i tell you it’s unbelievable. ( and so heartwarming that it hurts a bit…)
Sniffer the wild fox and Tinni the domestic dog met by chance one day in the woods of Norway and became friends. Tinni’s daddy happened to be photographer Torgeir Berge who captured every heartwarming moment between the two best of friends.
The tender and playful relationship between the two was so inspiring that Berge decided to release a book chronicling the canine duo called The Fox and the Dog which will feature fairytales based on their friendship.
More so, Berge noted how similar his dog and Sniffer were and his thoughts on Norway’s controversial fox-fur trade changed so much that he is now campaigning to have it banned. ( thank you!)
